Summary of role:
Responsible for the functional support and maintenance of all HR Systems and ensures that the human resources organizational system needs are met. Planning, organizing, overseeing and leading the project completion on time, on budget, and within scope.
Manages, and troubleshoots the HR technology platforms used in a CHRO
Level 2 support for existing application within AEON.
Plays a key role in HR Operations, working and collaborating with key stakeholders in support of system maintenance, production support, project/process improvement, training, and managing additional functionality in HR systems.
Ensures exceptional HR systems experience for the AEON employees and managers.
Possesses the functional, technical, and analytical abilities sufficient for support existing and new application.
Extensive BI Reporting experience.
Experience with writing SQL Queries, view and tables
Experience in programming HTML, ASP or any related programming languages.
Technical HRIS/HRIT configurations, reporting, and enhancements.
Develops test cases to support testing of solution ownership.
Improves systems performance by investigating problems and recommending solutions.
Provides technical guidance and training.
Creates optimization, automation, and efficiencies through scripts or other tools.
Collaborates with business stakeholders, IT and the greater HR Digital to ensure enhancements are optimally designed, configured, and work well within the company’s/organization’s systems infrastructure.
Drives product maintenance and enhancement releases across the different HR functions.
Supports the implementation or optimization of other modules (in the future).
Maintains awareness of current trends in HR management systems with a focus on product and service development, delivery, and support, and applying key technologies; examines trends in information systems training materials and techniques.
Helps HR Digital build new integrations (SFTP, encryption, test automation, and source control) to support the deployment of new HR tools and solve some of HR’s most critical tasks.
Manages development risks and resolves issues that affect application enhancement scope, schedule, and quality.
Measures and monitors progress to ensure application enhancements are delivered on time and within budget, and that they meet or exceed expectations.
Plans the development workload across different HR functions and different team members.
Communicates and adapts presentations to a wide range of audiences regarding goals, planning process, project initiatives, team innovation, and results.
Minimum Degree in IT / Computer Science / Software Engineering or relevant field.
At least 4 years’ experience in build and develop application and deployment.
Skills in SFTP config, Programmer language ASP.net, SharePoint.
Knowledge in Project Management.
Has leadership experience, team management.
Experience as solution architect.
