Implement LOTO and ensuring maintenance personnels adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
Leading all maintenance personnels and activities.
Provide training and supervise maintenance department personnels.
Attemd to all unplanned breakdowns.
Perform monthly reporting base on KPI.
Planning and managing all scheduled repairing and installation activities.
Evaluating estimateed repair cost while controlling departmental expenses.
Maintaining all processing machineries to ensure it’s at well working conditions.
Creating, updating and implementing maintenance revention procedures.
Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
Overseeing and managing equipment and spare parts inventory stock level.
Liaising, negotiating and placing orders with suppliers and vendors when necessary.
Requirements
Degree in any Engineering field with strong mechnical sense.
More than 5 years of working experience in engineering field.
Experience of leading a group of engineering team.
Strong & problem solving abilities and able to apply technical skills to the team.
Knowledge and experience in spray drying system or high technology engineering exposure is an added value.
Analytical, proactive and results oriented.
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
A team player, but also act independently and able to stand at the front-line.
Able to handle multiple tasks and activities simultaneously.
Good writing and presentation skulls is an advantage.
