KETERANGAN JAWATAN KOSONG
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the production processes and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently by producing good quality products.
Planning, scheduling, and managing workforce to ensure production outputs are achieved targets and cost effectively.
Perform quality control and monitor production KPI’s.
To manage a group of supervisors and coordinate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of production are running smoothly.
Overseeing the maintenance of production equipment and machinery.
Identify root causes of production problems and develop corrective action/recommendation to prevent recurrence.
To ensure subordinates/ workers are adequately trained to perform their job.
Preparing daily reports and liaising with clients when required to achieve the production output.
Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices in the production area. Ensuring company safety rules and regulations are implemented.
Any other job function assigned, and new responsibilities may be added as and when necessary, from time to time.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum three (3) years related working experience in Precast Concrete manufacturing.
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience with CAD software.
Strong leadership abilities and problem solving
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
Note: 6 days work week
Working Location: Beranang, Selangor
