Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the production processes and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently by producing good quality products.
  • Planning, scheduling, and managing workforce to ensure production outputs are achieved targets and cost effectively.
  • Perform quality control and monitor production KPI’s.
  • To manage a group of supervisors and coordinate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of production are running smoothly.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of production equipment and machinery.
  • Identify root causes of production problems and develop corrective action/recommendation to prevent recurrence.
  • To ensure subordinates/ workers are adequately trained to perform their job.
  • Preparing daily reports and liaising with clients when required to achieve the production output.
  • Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices in the production area. Ensuring company safety rules and regulations are implemented.
  • Any other job function assigned, and new responsibilities may be added as and when necessary, from time to time. 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum three (3) years related working experience in Precast Concrete manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with CAD software.
  • Strong leadership abilities and problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written

Note: 6 days work week

Working Location: Beranang, Selangor
