Job Description/Responsibilities: –
Warehouse: –
Ensure that products and services meet the established standards set by the company.
Maintain strong overall quality control of products made by the company adhering to reliability, performance and customer expectation.
Perform the inspection of products is part of the job with the obligation to report and document findings.
Responsible for monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to correct or improve a company’s final products and processes in order to meet established quality standards.
Working together with a warehouse team to assess product problems and brainstorm solutions.
Reporting discovered product defects to all relevant departments of for correction.
Checking receiving products are meet suitable quality.
Conforming to regulations and international standards when it comes to testing and quality assurance.
Capture defect and non-conformities for documentation and for further processing.
Execute quality task to mitigate or resolve defect.
Capture status of quality task.
Monitor status of quality and expiry date of product.
Detect nonconformities and necessary follow-up actions with management (HQ) as soon as possible to avoid inappropriate usage and waste.
To disclose non-conformities, arise after receive approval from management (HQ).
Integrate quality inspection activities in the product development process.
Lead and follow-up quality inspection for product defect.
Conduct Internal audit within department.
Ensure compliance of Halal Requirement and Standard of Procedure within department.

Repacking Area: –
Checking that raw materials or packing material involved in the production process are of suitable quality.
Integrate physical quality inspection activities of raw material to be use for repacking before run production process.
Inspecting production machinery and employees to make sure the production process runs smoothly.
Hourly monitor and checking repacking process.
Writing production plans that minimize risk of mistakes during production.
Estimating time involved in assuring each product’s quality.
Meeting project deadlines and progress which needs QA involvement advise till completed.
To generate, conduct, implement and brief on Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) for any products defect or damaged found during production or prior to or before shipment out or product return due to quality issue and or received new products purchases process as to prevent from any repetitive mistake issues arise in future.
To assess and provide training guideline to production and or operation employees that needs training to prevent any mistakes during production (CAPA).
Suggest improvements to company infrastructure and processes to prevent future mistakes during production.
Communicating with floor and or warehouse Assistant Manager/Manager or Head of Department (HOD) on new and or existing products or packaging defects found. Create and or conduct on how to prevent it from happen in future and direct report to management.
Communicate with other departments such as warehouse logistic department to coordinate products stock storage.
Detect non-conformities during production to avoid cost-intensive reprocessing or unnecessary waste.
Maintain filing of documentation.
General on Quality Assurance and Quality Control Responsibilities for the department: –
Draft quality assurance and or control of policies and procedures.
To interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures.
To evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data such as 7 QC Tools especially to be generated for any defects or mishap practices for outgoing quality control issues. The report shall be presented to the management on the findings and CAPA.
Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
Plan, Conduct and Monitor on testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure a good finished product quality shipped out.
Document the internal audits by generating the report e.g., 7 QC Tools and or CAPA and same goes to other quality assurance activities.
To investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues reported by another department or customer itself.
To collect and compile statistical quality data.
To analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities among departments.
To identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
To evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Monitor risk management activities especially on the products or packaging based on government act and quality standard for food & Beverages.
Responsible for document management systems
To assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
Knowledgeable and experiences in lab for food products.
Assist superior or MD/Directors on any ad-hoc task as when required and from time to time.

Job Specification/Requirements: –
Possess a Degree in Quality Assurance or Engineering Quality or equivalent.
Knowledges and experiences in similar field and/or industry.
Knowledgeable in 5S, 7 QC Tools, ISO9001 and ISO14001 standard as well as ISO22000 or for food industry / 6 six sigma will be an added advantageous.
Wiling to work in a teamwork environment and as a team player.
Etc. that required, appropriate for the position.
