Job Description:


  • Develop strong Strategy that meets organizational sales target, revenue, and expense controls (e.g. Demographics, Target Audience, Target Person-in Charge in Store, Time Management Education, Enlarging Sales Market Share, Pricing Schedules, Policies, Setting Sales Personnel’s Target).
  • Ensure sales team have the Necessary Resources to perform properly.
  • Plan sales activities’ expense budget and forecast in timely basis.

Executing, Tracking:

  • Overseeing local and regional sales performance, activities, promotional campaigns
  • Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel

· Allocate inventory availability to Sales Team

  • Perform Effective Negotiation with customers / Key Account / Special Project etc. Attend trade meetings and industry conventions


  • Manage Hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
  • Consult the Sales Team – Coaching, Selling Technique, Motivating, Production Knowledge etc


  • Generate relevant Sales Report to make evaluation (Staff & Team) identify sales opportunities, future improvement
  • Collect customer feedback, competitor, market current situation from the sales team, to analyse for further opportunities
  • Handle and Resolve customer complaints & Investigate Lost Sales and Customer accounts


  • Liaise with all different departments, teams and companies , cross department communication (e.g marketing campaign, production/warehouse for stock level)
  • Interim Work that assigned by Superior / Reporting to Superior to present performance in timely basis


  • At least 3 years of sales related working experience in food industry, from managerial position is required.
  • Highly driven, positive attitude, a team player with interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to guide and mentor sales team.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills in order to prioritize various job demands.
  • Good negotiation skills and able to provide excellent customer experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with a vibrant and interactive personality.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
