• Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve overall sales target and objectives.
• Develops strong partnership with local and oversea property agency
• Plan and formulate effective sales channels and marketing activities to increase sales activities in local and international market for the company within the approved budget
• Formulate pricing and sales strategy and lead sales team to achieve company’s sales target
• Build and maintain strong relationship with prospect customers and real estate agencies
• Liaise with appointed agencies to review sales feedbacks and activities
• Lead, motivate and manage sales team and sales agents to achieve local and overseas desired sales target
• Conduct project development feasibility study
• Review the effectiveness of the marketing communication strategies and sales campaigns
• To have constant review, monitoring and comparison made within the industry/competitors communication strategies and provide market intelligence to management
• Employ unique marketing techniques, drive creativity and contribute to tactical execution of the strategy
• Plan and control all sales promotions & activities and ensure optimum efficiency and economies of operations are achieved
• Liaise with government authorities/councils on compliance matters with housing rules and requirements including getting approvals for the Advertising and Sales Permit and Developer’s License.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales / Marketing / Business or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 to 15 years related experience in Senior position in Sales & Marketing (Preferably in Property Industry)
• Knowledge in digital marketing will be an added advantage.
• Experience & expertise in Sales & Marketing for high rise property / building
• Ability to identify market segments, niches and potential markets.
• Proven ability and experience managing and leading high performance sales and marketing teams
