– Responsible for the execution of individual and team Annual Operating Plans. – Understands spare part market in the assigned area to support Managers in identifying local area sales potentials. – Focuses on expanding sales from existing distributors/retailers and look at opportunities for incremental sales with new customers. – Secures competitors’ marketing, pricing, and other relevant information. – Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables Job Requirements: – Able to speak and read in Mandarin, English & B. Malaysia. – At least 3+ years of selling experience from spare parts (automotive, truck, lorry, excavator and etc) industry. – Has strong communication skills and can speak the local dialects. – Strong data analytical skills. – Aggressive, self-driven, and with a strong sense of urgency. – Team player with strong interpersonal skills and customer management skills. – Valid driving license and with own car. – Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
