REQUIREMENTS :

  • At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies or equivalent
  • 3 – 5 years of working experience in MLM industry. 
  • Possess command in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Mandarin would be an added advantage (as this role require to support mandarin speaking customers and distributors).
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills  
  • Strong capability of communication and resolve problems independently under the company’s guidelines.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision.
  • Ability to organize workload independently for effective implementation. Must be a hands-on person and willing to roll up her/his sleeves to get the job accomplished.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate with all levels – build relationships and gain enthusiastic cooperation from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and attentive to details with strong initiative.
  •  Ability to work in a result-oriented atmosphere under pressure and meeting tight deadlines as flexible working hours maybe required.
  • Good computer literacy (Word/Excel/Power point).
  • Well groom and manner. 

RESPONSIBILITIES : 

  • Oversee day to day operations and branch daily sales and reports.
  • Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers
  • Ensure member feedback, distributors are addressed or escalated to appropriate level, whilst ensuring follow through all cases.
  • All incoming inquiries from walk-in distributors with accurate answers. This will include the disbursement of various information, distribution of different promotional flyers, checking volumes, and receiving comments/complaints.  
  • Keeping abreast of new information on products, promotions, Sales & Marketing Plan, policies & procedures is necessary in order to provide consistent information and explanations to Distributors.
  • Accurately and diligently process all incoming Applications and related documents, namely the Distributor Application Forms, etc. by following the procedures closely. All incoming documents should be processed promptly on a daily basis.
  • Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of service provided.
  •  Able to upsell / promote company’s products and promotions on every walk-in contact with distributors
  • Able to cope with frequent changes of procedures and policies released by the Company.
  • Ensure all other related duties (including various Company’s functions) as directed by superior is completed in the most effective and efficient manner.
  • Any ad hoc tasks assigned by management and superiors.
