You’ll play an important role in:

  • Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company’s products
  • To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

To succeed in this role, you’re required to be:

  • You will be required to work on rotational and night shifts
  • Each shift consists of 9 working hours and inclusive of 1 hour break
  • Passionate on customer experience related tasks
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Possess at least a SPM or Diploma and above
  • Required language(s): English ; speaking Mandarin added advantage
  • 1 year of customer service experience in any related industry will be an added advantage
  • Fresh graduated are welcome to apply – TRAINING Provided!!
  • You are required to work on site at Ara Damansara Office
