Description Job Description Requirement -Premier Risk provides coverage, in the form of compensation resulting from loss, damages, injury, treatment or hardship in exchange for premium payments.
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way.
Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
Able to communicate in English & Malay.
Ability to work independently and to take responsibility for tasks.
Experience in customer service, debt collection, banking call centre & insurance call centre will be added advantage. (Preferred)
-The company calculates the risk and advise clients of occurrence which then determines the cost to replace (pay for) the loss to determine the premium amount.
-Provide consultancy on financial related to General, Life and Takaful.
