Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 – 3 years of customer service experience in crypto / blockchain industry
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Able to work in shift and based in KL Eco City
