Job Purpose * Manages and continuously enhances the capabilities within Data Security portfolio by providing expert advice and drives various PKI, Certificate Management, encryption & key management initiatives within the bank. Excellent collaborator with business, divisions and offers technical guidance to respective stakeholdersKey Responsibilities   *

• Creating and dealing with organization encryption technology.
• Hands on engineering support to build and maintain PKI infrastructure.
• Issue resolution and maintain documentation related to PKI operations.
• Keep up with PKI technical standards, regulations, compliance and technologies.
• Ensuring PKI infrastructure comply with the relevant data privacy and protection frameworks and adhere to industry best practices.
• Analyze existing encryption systems to identify weakness and vulnerabilities.
• Recognizing and eliminating shortcomings in existing cryptography frameworks.
• Testing cryptology speculations according to organization requirements.
• Utilizing public key cryptography with RSA or other key types.
• Using secret key, private key, and public key cryptography to support encryption objectives.

Job Specification *

Qualifications  

(Basic Degree/Diploma etc.)

Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (IT / Computer Science)Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements  

•     Security certifications e.g. CISSP, EC-Council, SANS and others are preferred.

•     Microsoft certifications e.g. Microsoft Certified Specialist, Microsoft Certified Solution Expert and others are added advantages

Relevant Work Experience 

• At least total of 10 years of working experience in IT security field, preferably in IT/Cyber security operations, solution architecture design, implementation and administration of Public Key Infrastructure, Certificate Authority, Cryptography and Certificate Lifecycle Management

• At least total of 10 years of working experience in cyber and information security field
• Understanding of common operating systems and IT security technologies such as Windows, Unix/Linux, Public Key Infrastructure, Certificate Authority, Cryptography and etc.
• Familiar with data and digital security solution such as Azure Information Protection, Information Rights Management, Azure Key Vault and Microsoft Cloud App Security
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong organization, prioritization, and rationalization skills.

• Highly results-oriented and can work independently.
• Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with internal and external parties.
