POSITION : SENIOR EXECUTIVE (TRAINER)  

LOCATION : SIRIM STS SDN BHD 

(PLACEMENT AT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS SECTION) 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Plan, develop, lead, manage and deliver projects and program (training, workshops & seminar) and consultancy services such as Quality Management Systems, Environmental Management Systems, Occupational Health & Safety Management System, Malaysian Sustainability Palm Oil(MSPO), IATF 16949, ISO/IEC 17025. 
2. Plan, lead and participate in the development of strategic networking such as business talks, promotional visits, and attending business forum with other organizations for potential business opportunities.  
3. Develop, lead, monitor and review procedures and service operations in section/department. 
4. Plan, lead and participate in the formulation and development of new training and consultancy packages. 
5. Plan, lead and initiate collection information for marketing planning and maintains key clients and customer databases. 

REQUIREMENTS:  

1. Minimum basic Degree in Engineering / Science / Technology or any related field.  
2. Candidates with postgraduate/professional qualifications will have an added advantage.  
3. Minimum 3 years of working experience in a related field.    
4. Good communication in both spoken and written, presentation and interpersonal skills in Malay and English.  
5. Committed, calm behavior, resourceful, self-motivated, able to work independently and good teamwork. 
6. Passed Lead Auditor Course on SBMS or Personnel Certification Programs / Business Excellence Modul Assessment Criteria and Train The Trainer (TTT) certificate are added advantages.
