We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Project Manager to join our team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering a wide range of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards. We are presently searching for a Full-time Project Manager (IT) is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of the project while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the project or company

Responsibilities

• Help to define project scope, goals, deliverables and have a plan to implement the project. • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure smooth project execution.

• Lead project teams and coordinate their efforts to achieve project objectives.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management. • Ensure project documentation is comprehensive, up-to-date, and meets organizational standards.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and implementation teams, to ensure successful project delivery.

• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, motivating team members to achieve project milestones.

• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies within the organization.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/Fresh Graduate/Post graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology/Management or related fields.

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

• Solid technical background with knowledge of IT systems, software development lifecycle, and infrastructure.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach.

• candidate with a strong skill set in sales, proficient documentation capabilities, and a valuable proficiency in utilizing artificial intelligence.

• The knowledge of AI would be considered a highly desirable bonus for this job position.
