Overview

The Business Analyst plays a vital role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and formulating solutions that meet the organization’s objectives. The BA collaborates with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to gather and document requirements, ensuring that projects and initiatives are delivered successfully.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Conduct interviews, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and challenges.
• Prepare clear and concise documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and user stories.
• Evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Analyze data to support decision-making and identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and review potential solutions that align with business needs.
• Project Management Support: Assist project managers in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Support the testing phase by defining test cases and validating that the delivered solution meets the specified requirements.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops and present findings to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools, data analysis tools, and project management software.
• Understanding of software development methodologies and project lifecycle.
