Role:

The service Delivery Manager plays the lead role to represent AVASO in front of strategic customers and manage an entire portfolio for assigned customers. In this role, he\she will be playing for the critical role to maintain a healthy relationship with customers and governing operational and contractual aspects for assigned strategic global and/or regional account(s).

A key responsibility for the service delivery manager as an independent contributor.

1. Oversee the execution of the assigned account(s)’ Scopes of Work (SOW),

2. Ensuring operational service level agreements (SLAs) are met and delivered against customer contracts, in facilitating continual service.

3. Process improvement to meet client satisfaction and business objectives and maintain internal P&L objectives.

5. Drive Customer Service Improvement Plans and Voice the Customer Initiatives as required

6. Maintain responsibility for the client relationship, and governance, including monthly and quarterly business reviews, demand management, and Customer Billing as per the assigned model, including client escalations and contractual SLAs, CSATs, obligation management as well as account growth, P&L, and receivables recovery.

7. Coordinate with finance on cost approvals, billing backup data, and receivable tracking.

8. Catering to the new business requirements by creating a statement of works.

9. Support engagement teams to Cross-sell, Upsell, and Contract Reshaping – growing existing and new business opportunities.

The scope service delivery manager intends to enhance the engagement experience by effectively managing internal and external stakeholders; owning end-to-end commercials, improving organizational profitability and market positioning through continuous innovation and value add to engagements, and collaboratively working with the Onsite Account Directors.

Required qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in any stream

12+ Experience in Service Delivery operations, client relationship management, and contract management in an IT systems environment

Excellent oral, written & presentation skills with afocus on effective information dissemination.

Basic knowledge of global contract drafting and execution

Understanding of account/client relationship management responsibilities.

Ability to own the processes from initiation to closure.

Excellent inter-personnel and coordination skills working with multiple stakeholders.

Deadline driven & Self Motivated.

Decent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Understanding of IT business and contract management.

Ability to interpret IT contracts.

Shift Details

This will be a full-time position; the Candidate should be flexible in working with shifts to support global clients from specific regions.
