Your new opportunity is with an organisation that has a global footprint, and regionally headquartered in Malaysia. With a strong focus on creating consumer products and services that has long-term sustainability in mind, they are now seeking a Regional Distribution Operations Manager well-versed in in-house and third-party distribution and logistics management.
Your new role
Working closely with a regional team of country-based warehousing and logistics experts, you are responsible for the successful execution / enhancements of product distribution processes and process improvement projects. Driving compliance and commercialising the value of an optimised Supply Chain function within the APAC region, you will engage in data analytics, solution design sessions based on business needs and market insights, and facilitating / communicating KPIs, deadlines and targets.
What you’ll need to succeed
Proven track record in Warehousing or Logistics operations. Transformation experience is ideal (Process Development, Project Planning, Distribution Analytics, Compliance Management)
Systematic and diligent in tracking and communicating progress to senior leadership
Assertive personality with strong influencing skills
Driven by transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
AGILE / ORACLE / SAP / WMS experience ideal
Only candidates with Malaysian citizenship or Long-Term Visit Pass will be considered.
