DXN is principally involved in the sales of health-oriented and wellness consumer products through a direct selling model. It operates a vertically integrated production facilities right from research & development to cultivation, manufacturing and distribution. DXN’s other business activities that primarily serve to support their core business include conducting laboratory testing services for third parties, offering of lifestyle products, and operating a cafe.

Under its massive expansion program, we are now seeking a diligent and experienced Tax Senior Manager to be based at Alor Setar or Penang or Cyberjaya Office with an opportunity to develop a professional future career growth in the Group.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee local and foreign subsidiaries Corporates Tax, Withholding Tax, Transfer pricing on timely manner
• Provide insights and reviews on tax planning, complex tax return and tax risks
• Managing both direct and indirect tax compliance matters 
• Manage tax provision and tax compliance process while coordinating with tax audits
• Ensure tax balances on general ledger and prepare all tax papers on regular basis
• Liaise with tax authorities, government agencies, tax consultants and other external parties on all tax matters
• Responsible of all tax matters and keeping up with new tax legislation related to the Group
• Managing and preparing all Tax compliance and reporting related matters in accordance with local and foreign tax law for the Group, including tax estimation and return
• To participate in any ad-hoc task assigned, if any

Requirements :

• Educated up to Degree in Accounting or Finance related fields (CPA,ACCA or relevant education)
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably from commercial background
• Excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English (verbal and written) is required
• High problem-solving skill with critical thinking mindset
• Highly-motivated individual who is passionate in providing value-added services to the group companies
