To responsible for coordinating transportation arrangements for the delivery of dry ice and industrial gases to our customers’ sites. This includes planning and scheduling deliveries to ensure timely and accurate distribution;
To handle various supply modes, such as cylinders, multi-cylinder pallets and tanks. The role involves efficiently managing the different supply methods to meet customer demands;
To ensure that all goods are delivered to our customers’ sites on schedule is crucial. To monitor delivery timelines and proactively address any delays or challenges that may arise;
To oversee the warehousing operations for electronic specialty gases and other gases. This includes managing inventory, organizing stock, and implementing effective warehouse procedures;
To ensure that all warehouse activities, handling, and distribution processes adhere to safety standards and regulations. Conducting regular safety inspections and promoting a safe working environment will be part of your role;
To improve distribution processes and warehouse operations, aiming to enhance efficiency and optimize resource utilization;
To communicate with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience;
Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance of Food Safety Management System (FSSC);
Ensure all compliance and legal requirements of certified ISO Management System are in place;
To undertake other related job as directed by immediate superior from time to time.
Requirements
Must possess at least Diploma holders and above or its equivalent;
Minimum 2 years working experience in Supply Chain or similar field;
Prior experience in customer service, logistics, distribution, or warehouse management is preferred;
Familiar with handling industrial gases, especially electronic specialty gases will be added advantage;
Strong organization and problem-solving skills are necessary for effective coordination and timely deliveries;
Knowledge in safety regulation and compliance standards in handling and transportation of hazardous materials is essential;
Strong communication and leadership skills.
