Your Task:

  • Responsible for order management, material planning & order processing of our Finished goods (sensors), ad-hoc order processing in backlog order cases and fast in taking action.
  • Interfaces with local and global functions.
  • Cooperate & liaises with global supply chain management team.
  • Overseas the order management workflow with the highest quality & productivity while processing order.
  • Responsible for the replenishment of the “Asia Distribution Centre Singapore” and for all connected Leuze subsidiaries in Asia. 

Your Qualification & Skills:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering/Business Administration.
  • With 3-5 years of working experience. Fresh grads are welcome to apply
  • Experienced in order management, processing, material planning and operating ERP (SAP) system.
  • Strong organizational skills & attentions to details with analytical proficiency.
  • Great teams’ player & working experience within international company in cross-functional and dynamic environment.
  • Readiness for traveling to Germany for SAP training.
  • SAP Key User skills.

Leuze electronic Malaysia Sdn Bhd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Leuze electronic GmbH+Co.KG. The plant is being constructed on a site area spanning over 17,000 square meters. Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2022. In an initial expansion phase, approximately 4,500 quare meters will be prepared for production and warehouse logistics operations as well as 1,000 square meters for administration. The total usable floor space will be just under 7,000 square meters-of which approximately 2,000 square meters will be used for production. In Malacca, Leuze will primarily produce sensors for the local Asian market, for example, in intralogistics and in laboratory automation.
