Handling full set of export shipping documents such as commercial invoice, packing list, custom documents, marine insurance, sales tax exemption applications, bill of loading, certificate of origin;

Maintain close communication with customers and attend to any inquiry, feedback or complaints on a timely and professional manner  

Responsible for order processing documentations from quotation to DO and sales invoice in accordance with the company policies and procedures

Handle full spectrum of import/export logistic arrangement and ensure on-time delivery to customers.     

Any other assignment, tasks or project assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree / Diploma in Business Management, logistics, or any field relevant to industry;

1-2 years of relevant working experience IN FOOD INDUSTRY required for this position;

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

Effective problem solving and research skills.

Willing take initiative, drive and commitment work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferably mandarin speaking candidates to liaise with mandarin speaking clients.
