• We are the only local manufacturing company that produces Power capacitors and Lighting capacitors.
• If you see the TNB panels, the components (Power Capacitor) are our product. Or if you are heading to Perlis or Johor, the street lights on the highway are our products (Lighting Capacitor) too.

What do we want you to do in ELCO?

• Work as Business Operations Executive a.k.a Sales Coordinator
• No, you are not required to go out to visit and do sales. You are the back-end sales support, meaning supporting queries at the office
• Yes, we need you to deal with customers, arrange for shipment to local and overseas customers, order-taking, and invoices your world will revolve around customers
• You are expected to handle and resolve customer complaints.
• As we have customers outside of Malaysia, you are to handle exports and arrange submission & Collection of bank Export LCs / Customs Requirements / Logistics Arrangements / Malaysian Chamber of Commerce / Form D issuance / Port Registration
• You also need to assist HoD in Sales Order Planning & Forecast Planning following up with potential customer inquiry
• As we are an ISO-certified company, one of the requirements is for us to conduct an Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey on product quality and service – you will be in charge of that
• Additionally, you need to renew the regulatory license required for conducting business in Malaysia on time, ST, MICCI, JKR, Puspakom, Port Klang Driver Pass, and North Port Driver Pass as necessary. 
• You need to do several analyses and reports. Hence, if you are good with numbers and Microsoft Office, you might have a chance here.
• You can learn how we make our capacitors from scratch – as you are also dealing with our Production department.
• If you are good at money collection and have a special way of asking customers to pay us, that would be great. You also need to monitor all the customer trade terms, payment terms, and details of transactions within approved limits.
• Expo and exhibition – You will be required to prepare all the marketing materials and travel to expos all around the world.
• If you have a degree, any field is okay, we want you!
