We have new expansion offices in Asia Pacific Region and are looking for Outbound Representative/ Sales Development Representative to join our growing Sales & Business Development Team. You will be responsible for generating qualified meetings and pipeline for our business. You will be working to expand our business across new products and industries. The ideal candidate is a self starter with a track record of success. What you’ll be doing

  • Develop new social media strategies to reach potential clients from Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia and Aus.tralia
  • Explore different marketing channels, including Facebook, Google, Whats.App, Email, etc, to increase the conversion rate 
  • Source customers by actively cold-calling, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, arranging appointments, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating and establishing a strong relationship with customers
  • Contact potential prospects and leads to pitch the service, product and solutions
  • Build rapport with prospective customers, partners (internal and external) and moving the sales process forward
  • All other duties as assigned

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of experience, preferably in sales, business development, lead generation, outbound calling or equivalent
  • Fluent spoken Man.darin and English, Cantonese will be a plus
  • A creative, passionate and self-driven team player
  • Ability to qualify prospective customers and generate leads
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for all communication channels including phone, chat, and email
  • Demonstrated success in meeting monthly targets
  • Friendly, competitive spirit and a team-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with change and a fast-paced work environment
