Job Description:

We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic and results-driven Market Lead to help expand CircleDNA into Southeast Asia (SEA) – Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand. As the Market Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strong marketing strategy that will drive business growth and market penetration. You will also be responsible for P&L ownership and achieving a growth target of 2-3X in the next few months. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success in marketing and business development.

As the Market Lead, you will have a unique opportunity to make a direct and lasting contribution to our hyper-growth stage company that is disrupting the healthcare industry. Through your leadership, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, market penetration, and brand recognition, while shaping the future of our company and making a positive impact on the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that will drive business growth and market penetration in Southeast Asia

·      Own the P&L for the region and work towards achieving growth targets set for 2023 Brainstorm and execute on meaningful partnerships that align with the company’s goals and values

·      Explore offline pop-up experiences and other opportunities to increase brand visibility and engagement

·      Develop end-to-end strategies that align with company goals and ensure execution excellence

·      Build and manage relationships with key influencers and media outlets to drive brand awareness and engagement

·      Localize content to resonate with relevant target audiences and ensure consistent messaging across all channels (including opening up new channels that are frequently used by the target audience)

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, etc.) to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives

·      Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement

·      Fully remote role, reports into the Marketing HQ in Hong Kong

Requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

·      5+ years of experience in marketing and business development in 2+ SEA markets; preferably with a western D TC start-up entering the market

·      Proficiency in both written and spoken English and at least one other relevant language (Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Thai, Tagalog)

·      Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·      A strong understanding of and experience working on relevant social channels and outlets

·      Experience in influencer and PR marketing

·      Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth

·      Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making

·      Team player with demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from strategy and planning to execution and follow-through

·      Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and autonomy

·      Ability and willingness to adapt to a quick-moving and ever-changing environment; can “turn on a dime” to make important decisions based on new developments and insights to ensure the best possible results for any project

·      Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

·      Can-do attitude with a desire to learn, pick up new skills, and help support others when needed
