  • Provide advisory services in internal risk controls, enterprise risk and risk management strategies, operating models, business processes and internal controls in compliance with regulatory requirements to our clients;
  • Support clients in enhancing their IT risk strategies, Governance, risk and compliance approach to risk management, optimize risk management functions and improve controls and processes;
  • Advise clients and conduct internal controls diagnostics, perform internal controls transformations and risk remediation, and deliver internal controls testing outsourcing or co-sourcing services such as regulatory compliance, corporate governance, enterprise risk management, internal controls and internal audits;
  • Ensure organizational effectiveness and efficient controls to manage organizational and strategic risks;


  • Min. Degree in accounting, finance, cybersecurity or industry related certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) will be an advantage;
  • Min. 2-years relevant Technology Risks and Controls, Governance, Risk and Compliance experience in Financial services;
  • Good to have working experience with the design, development and implementation of framework and strategy, internal controls for financial services business processes;
  • Basic knowledgeable in GRC tools configuration will be a plus; with implementation experience in automating GRC processes using tools like Archer and Service now;
  • Basic knowledge in the integration of the GRC tools with external data sources through API’s and database integrations will be an advantage;
  • Basic understanding of MAS regulations around IT risk management such as Technology Risk Management, Outsourcing and PDPA will be an advantage;
  • Strong understanding of expectations of regulators such as MAS and HKMA. Knowledge of other ASEAN jurisdictions’ AML regulations and environment, and practical experience in the industry is a plus;
  • Demonstrate strong planning, execution and reporting skills;
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Possess strong analytical, interpersonal skills;
  • Pro-active and independent individual; and
  • High level of integrity takes accountability of work and good attitude.
