  • To safeguard the company against any potential legal risk/violation
  •  To ensure that documents and contracts are comply with legal requirements
  • Provide legal opinions and advise legal issue for the organization
  • Manage litigation matter with the company
  •  Provide legal advice and counsel to the organization and advise legal risks and implications of business
  •  Monitor the commercial and contract agreement in the best interest of the company
  • To review, draft a broad range of legal contract, agreement, documents including purchasing contract, vendor/supplier, partnership contract etc.
  • Filing legal correspondence and documentation between Menta Construction Sdn Bhd and other parties

Requirements

  •  Bachelor Degree in Laws (LLB)
  • 4-6 working experience in contract perusal, drafting and compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  •  Able to work independently
