Responsibility
To assist the Company Secretary in carrying out corporate secretarial compliance works to meet the requirements of the Companies Act 2016 and other regulatory requirement for a Public Listed Company
To assist the Company Secretary in liaising with the external Company Secretary to prepare agenda for convening of Board Committees, General Meetings and to prepare minutes of meeting.
To assist in coordination of all matters relating to circular to shareholders, annual report and any other disclosure documents as required by Main Market Listing Requirements.
To liaise with external company secretary on preparation of resolutions, minutes and statutory forms.
Financial and Non Financial Measures;
Assist Company Secretary in reviewing minutes within one week of receiving from external Company Secretary.
To coordinate for Annual Report to be released within timeframe and AGM to take place within stipulated timeframe under Companies Act 2016.
To coordinate for Board Notice and Board Papers to be released within 7 days prior to the meeting
To liaise with external Company Secretary to ensure that Bursa Announcements are made within the timeline required by MMLR.
Administrative duties to make sure proper records are kept all the time
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ICSA Qualification or equivalent.
Proficient in written and spoken English
Willing to work at Pandan Jaya, Ampang
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
