Job Description

This position will report to Legal & Compliance Manager.

he/she has to advise on the legal matter and also well verse in BNM requirement for financial service/banking industry for compliance.

▪Review red flags and handle abnormal transactions identified, maintaining an accurate audit trail.

▪ Process screening hits and assesses customer’s risk levels effectively.

▪ Reviewing, monitoring and reporting results of the policy and procedure compliance of the company.

▪ Review and provide general advisory role to the management within the spectrum of the company’s business activities.

▪ Review and provide legal advice on matters relating to contractual documents.

▪ Assist superior/manager in any other matters or ad-hoc tasks assigned

■MUST TO HAVE: 

▪Any Bachelor degree (preferred Banking / Law / Finance / Business / Accounting / Economics or equivalent).

▪ Minimum (3) years of compliance -related work experience in finance industry.

▪ Fluency in both Malay and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

■Personality Requirement:

1.Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
