Analyze, construct and develop commercial strategy framework for sourcing contracts
Support Procurement Buyers in building commercial requirements document to enable initiation of strategic contracting process
Analyze and structure negotiation strategies for a wide variety of supplier contracts, ranging from routine to complex agreements
Develop stakeholder maps and required alignments to ensure successful outcome of negotiations
Participate in negotiations with the suppliers for contracts
In collaboration with Legal Department and Procurement Buyers, initiate strategies for resolution of legal risks that may arise in existing commercial relationships
Develop, deliver and implement relevant process for compliance with GP SOP on contracting strategy and best practices; templates, tools, playbooks and associated policies
Develop program and material, and lead training of Procurement team to build commercial contracting excellence in Group Procurement
Drive Group Procurement contract risk assessment and work with stakeholders to develop necessary plans to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with company policies, strategy and applicable laws
Provide innovative, pragmatic, timely commercial guidance to Group Procurement staff; support Head of Procurement in leasing with key stakeholders in discussion of commercial contracting strategies
Work collaboratively with Procurement colleagues on complex legal matters and to promote the development, sharing, and replication of best practices and learning across countries
Lease with the Legal team and keep Group Procurement Team members updated on relevant law and regulations involving in sourcing any category of goods and services globally.
