The Global Digital Procurement team is embarking on one of the most exciting and transformative journeys in the organization, transitioning from legacy procurement systems and processes to state-of-the-art digital platforms. This role presents a unique opportunity for you to actively shape and influence the future landscape of procurement, playing a crucial part in the team’s ongoing evolution.

As a Digital Procurement Specialist, you’ll learn how to design, implement, and support procurement using ERP systems such as Oracle and Ariba, along with coding languages like VBA and Python, and automation tools such as Automation Anywhere and Power Automate. You’ll also enhance your soft skills and learn how to provide basic technical support to users, lead transformation projects, and cater to the needs of Buyers and suppliers in different regions within the Global Procurement area. This role offers exposure to the full digital transformation lifecycle.

Qualifications

To apply for this opportunity, you need:

• To have obtained or be predicted to achieve at least 120 UCAS points from 3 A Levels at Grade C or above. One of your Levels must include either Maths, Science or IT(BTEC IT is also considered).
• To have obtained GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/Grade 4 or above.
• You will need some experience in coding or Digital Transformation and a passion for technology, data and programming is a must.
• We’re looking for individuals who are proactive, eager to learn and seek help when needed.
• You’ll be working with a variety of people meaning communication, collaboration and team working skills are key, but you’ll also need to contribute independently when required. 
• Whilst we have adopted a hybrid way of working, this role is based in Kuala Lumpur. Please only apply if this would be a suitable location for you.
