Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise in all social media channels including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Youtube platforms, PPC, and programmatic advertising to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and growth on digital platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with a proven track record of success in all types of performance marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth on marketing channels.
  • Generate leads globally to trade Forex (FX), Crypto products, Shares, Metals and other CFDs through performance marketing.
  • Develop and execute B2B/B2C cross-channel marketing campaigns in Asia to drive new user acquisition.
  • Drive strategy to grow existing SEM channels, as well as strategy for testing and growing new paid marketing channels.
  • Manage and optimize Ads campaigns, including sponsored content and display ads, to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Utilize Performance Analytics and other data analysis tools to track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Oversee and optimize PPC and programmatic advertising campaigns across various channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align performance marketing initiatives with overall marketing objectives and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Ads features, PPC, programmatic advertising best practices, and industry trends to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and effective.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve performance marketing goals.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for collaboration with partners, influencers, and other channels to expand our reach and drive growth.
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Develop integrated marketing plans ensuring effective briefing and supporting development of channel specific roadmaps; across internal performance team and external agencies, including but not limited to: PPC, SEO, Display, Social Media, Native, Video, Audio, Affiliates, ASO, ASA, UAC, Offline, Partnerships, others.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on

Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube and TikTok.

  • Digital marketing certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly Forex/FX and Crypto markets, is a must.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing Ads campaigns, PPC, and programmatic advertising to achieve KPIs and drive growth.
  • Expertise in all types of performance marketing analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with other performance marketing channels, such as Google Ads/Display/YouTube, social media channels such as Facebook Ads, Twitter, LinkedIn, Taboola, Outbrain, and other Programmatic platforms.
