We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content. Experience working in either CFDs, eCommerce, Gaming, Trading firms or any tech-oriented company is highly advantageous.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Create high-quality and engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

2. Develop a deep understanding of our brand voice, target audience, and marketing goals to create content that aligns with our brand identity and drives engagement.

3. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content performance.

4. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the audience in a timely and professional manner.

5. Utilize social media management tools to schedule, publish, and track the performance of content across multiple platforms.

6. Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to create visually appealing and shareable content.

7. Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms using social media management tools.

8. Engage with the social media community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 

9. Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must have at least 2-3 years of experience writing (and editing) digital content.

2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & English.

3. Quick thinker, creative, great story teller, understands local pop culture.

4. Experience in Forex, Trading and CDFs industry is highly preferred.

5. Computer literate.

6. Independent and able to work under pressure and able to meet deadline.

7. Strong interpersonal / communication skills, Responsible, committed and good working attitude.
