• Develop, create, execute, and schedule content across various social media channels to increase brand awareness (both creative & copy).
• Creating and editing photography, gifs, short videos, stickers, stories, and other forms of content for social media.
• Plan, develop and execute the brand’s social media strategy in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager.
• Propose and work with the Senior Marketing Manager to brainstorm creative ideas and content for the monthly social media content calendar.
• Produce inspiring, creative, innovative multimedia content which promotes audience engagement and following, in line with brand guidelines and overarching marketing objectives.
• Ensure content created is optimised for platforms and adhering to best practice.
• Disciplined daily management of all organic posting and paid media campaigns.
• Tracking digital KPI’s to measure campaign performance.
• Maintain strong relationships and understanding on its latest algorithm of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Xiao Hong Shu.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the brands to identify trends or issues to raise them to Senior Marketing Manager.
• Liaise and coordinate with various parties to ensure all details to produce for the content are going well according to plan.
• Performs any job-related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Min. 2 years in Social Media Marketing in-house or at media, marketing, or advertising agencies.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
• Excellent knowledge with the social media trends, technologies, and best practice and how they impact brand perception and performance.
• Excellent skills in using popular social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, Youtube etc.
• Possess a creative eye with an eye for details, and skills in capturing good photo and video, image and video editing, artwork creation, etc.
• Skills in using Adobe software such as, photoshop, after effect, illustrator, etc, or similar other software is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills both Mandarin and English.
• Possess excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision.
