We are looking for a marketing executive with a strong understanding of the F&B and retail industries. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing relationships with clients and vendors, and tracking the performance of marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all social media platforms of the brand (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc).
• Online community management
• To build new clients and initiate enquiries.
• Maintain the highest level of professional conduct when dealing with corporate leads and clients.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for our events, including social media, email marketing, and public relations.
• Develop effective sales plan and identifying new business opportunities and grow.
• Manage relationships with clients and vendors, from initial inquiry to post-event evaluation.
• Track and report on event metrics, such as attendance, leads, and sales.
• Other duties as assigned by the Operation Manager.
• Create and manage content for the company’s website, social media channels, and other marketing materials. This content should be informative, engaging, and relevant to the target audience.
• Work with other departments, such as sales, product development, and operations, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s overall business goals

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• At least 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on F&B and/or retail.
• Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, and public relations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin.
• Able to perform under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to changes positively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must possess own transport
• Work on weekends / public holidays when required
