AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA is looking for a data-driven Senior Performance Marketing Executive for one of our brands powered by art and heritage.

In this role, you will be responsible to shape the company’s strategy across all paid digital marketing channels for the e-commerce platforms. Hence, you will be the key driver in strategizing, planning and executing all conversion campaigns across online channels, seeking out innovative approaches that optimize and enhance their performance for optimal results.

You will play an important role, such as:

  • Strategize and execute digital ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram ads) for all the e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, etc) to meet the traffic/performance KPI.
  • Optimizing campaigns using various data analysis methods and identifying opportunities to improve ROI and lead generation.
  • Driving market-leading ROI and analysing the optimum mix of digital to achieve the KPIs through data-driven recommendations.
  • Manage budget allocation and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with the brand’s marketing team to optimize SEO & SEM for the brand’s own Online Mall aligned with e-commerce strategy.
  • Implement on-site keyword search advertisement for E-commerce on marketplace platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora).
  • Track ads performance, analyse data, and provide insights to the marketing and e-commerce team on a weekly basis.
  • Ensures that plans are delivered in a timely manner and that they are always in line with the business guidelines and objectives.
  • Generate monthly reports and share them with relevant teams.

To be successful in this role, you would need to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or any related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of proven experience, ideally in either a multinational / e-commerce/retail/merchandising or health & beauty company.
  • Specialization in performance marketing or media planning, and data analysis such as Google Analytics, and media dashboards.
  • Experience in executing ad buys on Facebook, Instagram, Google and Tiktok covering all formats including display, video etc.
  • Understanding of the competitive landscape & digital touchpoints of the retail industry or similar capacity, especially in the Beauty industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent analytical and project management skills, affluent with performance marketing tracking tools (mobile app tracking, web tracking)
  • Familiarity with web/mobile design, user experience and interface. Demonstrate strong analytical skills and Microsoft Office Skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills who can also work independently.
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
