HQ Order
Insurance
House rental
Capex
Project in charge
IP and GR for RMEC and Singlobal when require
Issue PR and PO When it requires
Details Task for Buying Items

Source of potential suppliers in line with specification.
Ensure the appropriate terms and conditions are specified on the purchase order
Assisting Requestor’s for Vendor Pre-Q
Prepare for negotiation of short-listed supplier(s) to the lowest best price with timely delivery.
Negotiate better payment terms
Evaluate and update new/existing vendors into Approved Vendor List
Assist in preparation of contract/LOI with necessary terms and condition relevant to the purchase item
Prepare Bid Tab & discussion of issuing of Purchase Order
Process order and ensure timely delivery of Purchase products
Assist on Expediting of Purchase Order when it require
Assist to close all outstanding PO
Provide assistance between requester and suppliers
Coordinate all necessary Import & Export Documentation
Coordinate with FIN for payment or any invoices got issues
Coordinate with Vendor for any return or replacement of defective materials
Update and report to Supervisor on the above
