Job Description:

• Act as a point of contact between Sunway Money and our business customers to attend to inquiries and troubleshoot any issues until resolution, escalating issues to relevant departments where necessary while ensuring excellent and timely response to customers.
• Provide administrative and sales support to sales team by compiling sales leads, delegating leads to sales teams and assisting in client onboarding up until activation.
• Process sales data, sales progress reports and other sales related records and reports.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly or ad-hoc reports for review and tracking.
• Take ownership of the business customer feedback loop to internal functions to help create better products and help improve customer experience.
• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent;
• Candidate with working experience in sales support / sales administrative role will be prioritized;
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software e.g. Word, Excel etc.
• Able to multi-task and have great attention to details;
• Responsible and able to work with minimum supervision.
