Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall sourcing activities.
  • Review purchase requests of materials, supplies or equipment.
  • Create purchase orders and follow up on orders to ensure that materials are shipped and delivered on promised.
  • Manage the supplier relationship (performance management, quality adherence, on-time delivery).
  • Develops relevant vendors, able to support our specific requirements.
  • Maintains records and up to date filling of purchases, shipments, and related matters.
  • Resolve invoice issues with payable and vendors are required.
  • Any tasks/ jobs to be assigned as they arise.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in purchasing/ supply chain.
  • Strong organizational skills and problem solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, customer service and consulting skills.
  • Able to read mechanical drawing.
  • Excellent in using Microsoft Excel.
