Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operation activities in purchase order, sales order, shipping documents and delivery management including, for example, release replenishment PO to China factory, accept customer orders, release SO and full sets shipping to customers, arrange delivery routing. 
• Handle full set import shipping documents; work with agents, forwarders, shipping lines and authorities, to ensure goods are properly cleared from Custom.
• Submit sales and stock report to Management and HQ in periodical basis.
• Support in billing activities such as Invoice, Cr/Dr note and stock record management.
• Support administrative, including but not limited to, price list maintenance, customer data maintenance, handle customer complaints.
• Support HQ Logistics and Sales in local store and delivery management function, supervise the store operators.
• Track orders, updates status and notifies clients of changes in delivery schedule. Work closely with counterparts from factory to monitor the order status.
• Adhere the policy and follow the SOP which are defined by HQ and Supervisors

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain/ Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 1 working experience in logistic and customer service.
