Job Description: ● Assist in dealing with supplier regarding sales order ● Monitor and checking the product trackers in list of excel ● Monitor sales order and follow up tracking activities to buyer ● Ensure the merchandise/stock being exported complies with the company and buyer requirements ● To monitor with our Sourcing Team regarding the PO, delivery date, defective issues, designs costing adjustment, shipping instruction and etc ● In liaise with Logistic team for documentation ● Work closely with Merchandiser team to exchange the information that needed by our buyers respectively and understand the market demand. ● To prepare costing for every buying session (Convention) ● To assist in collect feedback and analyze selling product ● To put data entry information in SQL ● Assisting in CN/DN application and request ● Responsible in preparing shipping document ● Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned Requirement: ● Minimum 1-3 years of experience in merchandising ● Good communications and interpersonal skills ● Mandarin speaker is required to communicate with our supplier and customer ● Detailed-oriented and systematic especially with numbers ● Highly disciplined, able to multitask, have attention to detail, and can meet deadlines ● Candidate who has experience in sport global brand is an added advantage ● Willing to travel (Outstation) and establish business relationship with supplier/buyer ● Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Doc and SQL or other software Regrets to inform only shortlisted candidate will be notified.
