Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify any maintenance issues or repairs that need to be addressed.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and repairing or replacing equipment.
Coordinate with outside vendors for more complex repairs or upgrades.
Ensure all safety equipment and systems such as fire alarm, fire fighting equipment, roller shutter door, racking system and CCTV system are functioning properly.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests such as water leaks or power outages.
Assist Warehouse manager on facilities issue, breakdown and projects.
Assist vendor on Pest control for internal & external of the building.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment including performing janitorial duties as needed.
Ordering and maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
Keep records of all maintenance activities including schedules, repairs and replacements.
Develop and manage the maintenance budget including identifying opportunities for cost savings and ensuring that expenses are within budgetary constraints.
Ensure that maintenance work complies with company safety policies / procedures and implementing corrective action where necessary.
