Work Description for Temporary Staff:

ACCOUNT FUNCTIONS
1. To issue official receipts for collections of maintenance fee and other charges for unit owners at counter & online
2. To check emails on bank transfer slips sent by the residents for maintenance fee transferred and issue official receipt, to check first with JMB chairman (handle finance matters) before issuing receipt and email the receipt issued
3. To check bank collection transactions sent by chairman every month and ensure all official receipts for online transactions are issued for the month and sent the bank collection list to JMB chairman for review
4. To provide account outstanding/statement requested by the owners
5. To put up maintenance fee notice every month
6. Print the collection list every Friday and bank in cash/cheques collection for the week and send the summary to JMB Chairman
7. To post all cash collection in CSS system
8. To monitor/ensure car park rentals, clamping fee and renovation deposit/refund is accounted properly in CSS system
9. To provide Fire Insurance certificate as and when requested by unit owners
10. Follow up on monthly service invoice from vendors/service provider for payment and send to JMB Chairman
11. To prepare the cheque list on 10th,20th and end of month to pay to service providers and send to JMB chairman for review before preparing cheques
12. To prepare the Payment Voucher (PV) for payments as per cheque listed and sent to JMB Chairman for approval and checking
13. Issue cheque to service provider
14. Attend monthly bank collection queries form account vendor & reply promptly
15. Perform any account duties assigned by JMB Chairman /Treasurer from time to time
16. To go and pay for any bills/utilities such as TNB, SYABAS,PERKESO,CELCOM for Prima U1

ADMIN FUNCTIONS
1. To assist with admin function in the absence of BE
2. To handle any other administrative duties given & when assigned by JMB Prima U1 Management
3. Data Entry
