Responsibilities:

  • Perform day to day administrative duties (Issuance of payment receipts, Car Registration, Invoice Preparation) 
  • To contact customer for insurance and road tax renewal
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
  • Liaise with the bankers for loan application, ehakmilik and loan disbursement
  • Filing and documentations
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma and above
  • At least 1 years of working experience in related field & preferably from automotive industry
  • Required skill(s) : Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Required language(s): English, Malay
