Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for administrative operation support
  • Review standard operating procedures (SOP) of the admin section
  • Generate and prepare management reports.
  • Ensure proper control of fixed assets, petty cash, and daily cash and recoverable account
  • Ensure the generation of KPI reports based on intake and invoice records for the site
  • Handle customer’s phone enquires and ensure that all feedback/complaints are resolved
  • Collect and analyze site information and highlight issues, propose counter measure
  • Participate in ad-hoc project.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment particularly own tools of work like desk area, stationery, telephone, printer and computer system.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office
  • At least 2 years of administrative work experience
  • Preferably from Automotive industry
  • Meticulous, committed, and adaptable
  • Possess positive work attitude and ability to work with all levels of staff
