Responsibile for assisting in company invoicing for sales transaction that performed by Operation Departments.
a. To check on invoicing instruction received from Operation Department and proceed for invoices completion in accounting system.
1. Sales Order are automated from Front offices.
2. Supporting document to justify the sales order (such booking document, client’s PO & etc..)
3. Peformed invoicing completion in accounting system and submit for Central Invoicing Leader approval.
4. Coordinate printed invoices with supporting document deliver to client either through e-invoices or hardcopy delivery.
5. To perform completion of invoices that not through front office automation. Such as sales for Air Asia and other similar.
6. Record for any incorrect or incomplete email instruction from Operation Departments in dedicated departmental report.
a. Proven at least 1 year working experience in billing.
b. Excellent in invoicing preparation skill, spreadsheet and word document.
c. Outstanding communication, and interpersonal abilities
d. The ability to self-motivate working to and exceeding targets.
e. Diploma in administrative or relevant field
well-established Sarawakian Travel Agent with the head office situated in Miri, Sarawak,
Malaysia. with accreditation from Malaysian Ministry of Finance & Tourism Department
(Tourism License), IATA & MATTA (Malaysian Association of Tour & Travel Agents). Having
offices in 8 locations across Malaysia which located in Miri, Kuching, Bintulu, Labuan, Kota
Kinabalu, Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Kuantan provide a coverage of consistent service
