Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities        

  1. Handling recruitment, Orientation and on-boarding new employees, conduct Exit Interview/Inquiry and employee offboarding process. Arranging and schedule interview. Send interview invitation to hiring managers/ related personnel.
  2. Prepare MEMO, correspondence, confirmation letter, resignation acceptance letter and other relevant letters.
  3. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human capital programs including welfare, compensation, benefits, and leave; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health & safety; training and development. Maintain all hard and soft copy files and records in a systematic filing system for easy reference and retrieval.
  4. Assist in coordinate external and internal training courses and follow up with all HRDF related matters, keep all training and development records updated. Manage for HRDF training grant application & submission.
  5. Prepare and compile HR reports.
  6. To liaise and arrange with relevant parties in relation to Foreign Worker’s accommodation, flight booking, medical check-up, hostel management, security services, catering, cleaners, plant cleanliness etc for routine and ad-hoc tasks.
  7. Perform other administrative roles such as management of uniform, PPE & safety shoes; management facilities such as canteen & surau; management of office housekeeping.
  8. Support any day to day HC and administrative matters, Update and maintain door access system, thumb print registration, car parking allocation and issuance of car parking stickers.

Education and working experience required

Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 3- 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment.

Skills and knowledge required

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of employees.
  • Pleasant personality, self-motivated, able to work independently.
  • Strong in multi-tasking and resourceful
  • Good understanding of Malaysia Employment Laws.
  • A committed team player with strong sense of urgency
  • Punctual, disciplined, and attentive to details.
  • Tactful, resourceful, positive attitude, self-motivated and able to uphold confidential matters.
  • willing to work in Batu Tiga, Shah Alam
