Provide full support and assistance to the Human Resources HOD in organizing and managing the Human Resources Department to meet the requirement of the organization and personnel.
Responsible to maintain, organize and update documents for a business such as company policy, recruitment agreement, employment contract, etc.
Responsible to provide the administrative support services; ie IR & ER, application of new foreign workers & expatriates, work permit renewal, Fomema, immigration matters, farms safety & health, 5s and security etc.
Responsible for new foreign workers application, renewal of foreign workers works permit and foreign workers FOMEMA and Check Out Memo.
Responsible for ex-expatriate application, renewal of works permit
Coordinating and organizing Staff welfare / CSR programmed i.e Company events, offsite meeting etc.
Handling workers grievances, IR & ER matters, foreign workers hostel management and matters pertaining to workers’ discipline.
Responsible to ensure all documents related to Recruitment (Foreign Workers) are updated, review on time as in-line with any changes in local law or government policy.
Coordinating and administer foreign worker related matters and provide administrative support on daily activities as well as routine task to ensure smooth operations processes including assist on the workers arrival clearance at Airport, Orientation Briefing at farm.
Maintain record for Calling Visa database such as arrival, pending arrival, payment to agent and proper filing all the documentations
Maintaining harmonize working environment, providing counseling and imposing disciplinary action.
Handling and managing farms safety & health, 5s and security related matters. Carrying out investigation of all safety, near-miss accidents. Accident and hazard occurrences related incidents.
To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
Required Skill(s):Good interaction, communication, analytical & problem solving skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and maintain a high level of confidentiality
Active, mobile; can travel at short notice, work independently and able to work at odd hours to clear workers arrival at airport
Must have an experience in HR documentations and force labour compliance
Able to work in Genting Highland.
