Job Summary/Objective:

  • Responsible for managing the ordering & renewal activity (mainly Microsoft licenses) & developing proposal for the organisation, including timely and accurate entry and processing of all orders received.

Responsibilities & duties:

  • Generate quotation and process invoices
  • Allocate and track orders and returns
  • Preparing customer fulfilling software license orders (SaaS and On-Prem) processing orders to shipment and delivery of orders to the customers.
  • Reporting e.g. gross profit report per order
  • Identifying customer needs developing quotation or proposals including tender documents preparation
  • Power point presentation preparation
  • Handle client queries and manage inbound calls
  • Implement and administer procedures to enhance operations
  • Optimise licenses inventory readiness and order fulfilment to ensure maximum sales can be realised
  • Receive, prioritise, process and identify incoming orders according to the sales policy and customer requirements

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX, Azure, Office 365 experience will be an added advantage, or similar product experience.
