Work closely with customer and respective internal / external teams to ensure the project are in schedule and on track
Prepare project timelines and identify all resources requirement for manufacturing processes. Lead and manage
project team to ensure timely implementation of First Article project.
Prepare and develop all relevant Quality System documentation including but not limited to Work Instruction, PFMEA,Product/Process Control Plan, Drawing and others product specification.
Liaise with customer and various department on product related issues; project status, engineering changes, jig and fixtures design, process capability, and others.
Review Design for Manufacturability (DFM) & generate DFM for any mechanical tooling/ molding together with the tooling team.
Identify and lead initiatives to simplify and standardize work method, systems, and processes by reduction or elimination of non value added activities.
Understand and setting up BOM into the system and manage material changes by customer, managing engineering changes, ECN & PCN and recommend implementation.
Drive cost reduction through engineering improvement activity such as DFM, Lean manufacturing, kaizen etc.
Continuously tracking and analyze production data for product yield in each process steps in the production, seeking for product process yield and cumulative yield improvement, cost reductions, for the benefit of both company and the customer.
Review and liaise with customer regarding product BOM, product specification, drawing, test requirement, and process requirement during RFQ stage.
Prepare quotation during RFQ stage.
Prepare, coordinate & conduct post project review.
Job Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in any related engineering field
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point)
Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to solve problems through fact-based decision making process
Basic experience with Solid Work and CAD software
