PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

  • Manage and support in Project, System, Process and Change Request implementation, enhancement and bug rectification for Transactors & Savers products like Current Account, Savings Account, Time Deposit, Multi-Currency Account, Safe Deposit Box and Remittance etc.
  • Standardize customer experience and own interfaces across tribe
  • Own and continually seek enhancement for relevant backend processes
  • Revise and develop APIs / IT system features to better enable internal operations to serve customers
  • Using digital means as far as possible: improve the ease, convenience, and overall experience for making deposits and payments (incl. remittance) through branches

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management and System Development Support

Business Performance

  • Improve Business Performance, Cost Saving Initiative, Seamless Customer Experience and Channel Productivity through Project Implementation, System and Process innovation.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders, business partners on Project, System and Process deliverables and plan is aligned with Business Objectives.

Project Management

  • Review, develop and implement Deposit strategy through Project implementation, System and Process enhancement across all Deposit product categories and channels.
  • Set key success metrics and timelines to determine overall direction for Project, System and Process implementation and enhancement.
  • Responsible in preparing periodic Project and System implementation update to Management.

System Development Support

  • Understand and responsible to resolve and address Project, System, Process and Product issues with stakeholders.
  • Provide subject matter expertise, training and education to Bank’s staffs on Project and System.

Compliance and Audit

  • Responsible for ensuring the necessary policies and procedures are updated and relevant.
  • Ensure all the initiative/ system/processes are in compliance to regulation requirements and guidelines

People Management

  • Lead and develop a team by enhancing performance by setting clear BSCs and measuring against these on a regular basis includes team structure, tasks, performance management, team building, succession planning, mentoring, training and performance reviews.
  • Identifying and providing feedback through one to one session, effective use of personal development plans, provision of coaching & development opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must possess at least Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Product management.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge in Retail Banking products.
